Crunch first.
That little crackle when you bite in? It is the opening act.
A fan page for the finer things
Hot bread. Loud garlic. Cheese doing that stretchy thing. Some things simply do not need improving.
01 / The extremely compelling case
That little crackle when you bite in? It is the opening act.
Melted cheese has never respected personal space, and we love that for it.
It works as a side, a snack, or the entire plan for dinner.

02 / Your oven is calling
Nothing fancy. Just a crunchy, melty reason to turn the oven on.
THE ACTUAL DOING PART
Heat your oven to 200°C / 400°F. Line a tray with baking paper.
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Smear it generously over the cut bread.
Scatter mozzarella over the top. Bake for 10–12 minutes until bubbly and golden. Slice, then eat while it is gloriously hot.
03 / Highly scientific research
Every piece has a personality. Where does your ideal slice land?
Golden middle child. Excellent choice.
I already turned the oven on. It would be wasteful not to make garlic bread.
